Appointments with the General Director and his deputies (Chief Engineer) are made at the manager's reception desk by the secretary-referent (tel. 364-44-69) during working hours on Monday-Thursday from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 13:45 to 17:15, Friday – from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 13:45 to 16:15.
