Appeals of citizens and legal entities

From January 2, 2023, electronic appeals are submitted through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing appeals of citizens and legal entities at https://appeals.by (website)

At the same time, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" does not apply to messages sent to the email address of JSC "MINSK KRISTALL" – management company of the holding "MINSK KRISTALL GROUP": info@kristal.by, and responses to such messages are not sent.

The following appeals are left without consideration on the merits:

• they are written in a language other than Belarusian or Russian;

• they do not contain the surname, first name, patronymic, residential address (place of stay) of the citizen;

• they do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its location address, the surname, first name, patronymic of the head or a person duly authorized to sign appeals (for legal entities);

• they contain text that cannot be read;

• they contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
