The national drink “BELORUSSKAYA ZUBROVKA” is a bitter liqueur with a pronounced taste of light bitterness, made from the bison grass. The tincture contains alcoholized birch sap, bison grass infusion, aromatic alcohol of rye crackers, natural honey and high-quality “Lux” alcohol. The peculiarity of the drink is its rich straw color, and the uniqueness of the taste is emphasized by the addition of a stem of bison grass.
