The remarkable traditions of the enterprise did not emerge by themselves, out of nowhere: for many decades, they were established and shaped by people — more precisely, by generations of workers, engineers, specialists, and managers.
People remain the main asset today. The future of the flagship of the republic's liquor and vodka industry depends primarily on their skills and knowledge, on a healthy moral atmosphere within the team, and on a strong corporate spirit that generates both the will to win and initiative.
Today, the workforce of JSC numbers more than 1,250 people. A complete list of professions in demand at the parent enterprise, its separate structural divisions, and its branch would take up more than one page. Naturally, such a large and diversified structure cannot do without ongoing ideological work. Its official goals are: "uniting the workforce to successfully address the socio-economic development goals of the enterprise, improving production efficiency and quality... fostering citizenship and patriotism, national pride in belonging to one's state." Of course, there are corresponding plans, programs, and so on.

But in plain language, the essence of such work boils down to very clear points: attention to each individual, care for their professional and social growth, morality and physical health, fostering a caring attitude toward life and those around them. You will agree that such things are necessary and right — no major company or corporation in the world can do without them.

Also important is increasing the level of awareness among team members about what is happening at the enterprise, in the republic, and beyond — this is a separate area that is also on the agenda. It should be noted that the enterprise regularly holds "Unity Information Days," to which representatives of government bodies and other institutions and organizations are invited. Moreover, these events are not some form of official reports, but open dialogue platforms. JSC "Minsk Kristall" has several public organizations: a trade union, the "Belaya Rus" public association, the "BRSM" public association, the "Belarusian Union of Women" public association, the "Belarusian Red Cross Society," and a Youth Council. Of course, they do not stand aside from the internal life of the team, striving to make it more interesting and richer, bringing in their own initiatives that can engage people.
Thus, together with the management of the Management Company, the trade union organization participates in developing and implementing measures to create healthy and safe working conditions. Modern welfare facilities are now universally equipped. Locker rooms are fitted with changing lockers, and functional furniture, microwave ovens, electric kettles, tableware, and refrigerators have been purchased for the dining rooms. There are also showers.
It should also be emphasized that the enterprise supports social facilities. On its territory there is a health center with a dental office providing free care, as well as a physiotherapy room offering the most in-demand treatments. The head plant also has a modern gym. These are significant additions to an already substantial social package enjoyed by the personnel of JSC "Minsk Kristall".

Traditional corporate events are held with particular enthusiasm: a sports olympiad and a creative competition, the plant's birthday, the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers of Belarus, celebrations for March 8, May 9, and others. The New Year marathon is invariably accompanied not only by congratulations and gifts, but also by events such as children's parties. Incidentally, there is another good tradition: on the eve of Knowledge Day, when first-graders are preparing to cross the school threshold, their own celebration is organized in the best hall of the head plant. Kristall's First-Grader Day gathers a large audience. Fun contests and interesting performances delight both the young participants and their parents.
A separate area of public life is physical culture and sports. JSC "Minsk Kristall" has its own sports and recreation center, which includes a gym, a small gymnastics hall, a table tennis table, and darts. Training sessions are organized at the enterprise's expense in rented game halls for volleyball and mini-football. Swimming sessions are held at the "Traktor" sports and recreation center and the "Adrenalin" sports and recreation center, while shooting training is organized at the DOSAAF shooting and sports club. The JSC "Minsk Kristall" team is a regular participant in the workers' sports olympiads of the Leninsky District of Minsk. Numerous corporate tournaments and competitions are also held. For example, in September 2022, a sports olympiad and creative competition of organizations belonging to the "Minsk Kristall Group" holding took place, with more than 300 people taking part. Following exciting competitions filled with sporting passion and dazzling artistic performances, the JSC "Minsk Kristall" team took first place overall.
